Terms of Use

This is a summary Terms of Use covering use of the Rejea Pulse platform. A fuller customer agreement (Master Services Agreement, Order Form, Data Processing Addendum) is issued at contracting and governs where the two differ.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Rejea Pulse (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

Rejea Pulse is a professional assessment platform for IT governance, service management and compliance maturity, provided by Rejea (Pty) Ltd (“Rejea”, “we”, “us”).

3. Accounts & Access

Rejea Pulse is provided on an invite-only basis — there is no public self-registration. Accounts are provisioned by a Rejea administrator or by an authorised administrator within your organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data, or system outside your granted scope;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying assessment frameworks and methodology, is the property of Rejea and its licensors. Content you submit (assessment responses, evidence, and related data) remains your property; you grant Rejea a licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Data & Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Assessment scores, maturity ratings, and AI-generated report content are decision-support outputs and do not constitute professional, legal, or compliance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rejea’s aggregate liability arising from use of the Service is limited as set out in your Order Form or, absent one, to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

8. Term & Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you access or use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment, consistent with any applicable Order Form.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
